A FAMILY-RUN COMPANY

It started in 2005 when Didier Goubet, an agronomist, realised that they were no premium alcohol-free alternatives to wine and Champagne on the same level of reputation as French Grands Crus, and that could be paired with fine foods.

The idea came to create a unique concept of ORGANIC ALCOHOL-FREE CUVEES made following the rules of Great Bordeaux Wines and from Bordeaux and Aquitaine vineyards.

Our Monovarietal Unfermented Cuvées’ exceptional taste results in using old selected vines that usually are reserved to make great French wines, and harvesting small yields in order to concentrate the aromas.

TASTING NOTES: Fine bubbles, delicate notes of rhubarb, apple, pear and honey with a well-balanced complexity of acidity and a natural sweetness.
