Cooking Directions: Defrost your plant-based protein in its original packaging.

Oven: Peel the film and remove the food from the tray. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 6 min.

Pan-Fry: Peel the film and remove the food from the tray. Pan-fry at medium heat for 4 min each side.

Microwave: Peel back the film slightly. Microwave for 4 min.

Deep-Fry: Peel the film and remove the food from the tray. Deep-fry at 180 °C for 5 min.
