- Free Delivery on orders above $100
- Delivery timing may fluctuate depending on driver availability or weather conditions
- Certain products may have quotas due to supply limitations.
- 3pm to 6pm (order by 12pm the same day)
Please check your order upon delivery and if any products are missing, damaged or incorrect, submit your detailed claims via email at [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours from your delivery date with your name and contact details (including a mobile number). We will get back to you as soon as possible regarding a potential refund or item replacement.
This takes place when our driver arrives within your selected time slot and attempts to contact you on your mobile in order to deliver your order but are unable to do so. In this particular case we will:
- Try to get your consent via WhatsApp to leave your order in front of your door should you not be home.
- Take the order back to our dispatch centre and setup a new delivery at a later stage (this could generate additional costs related to spoilage of items, new delivery fees or both).
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations or the operation of the service or website or any unavailability thereof that is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event, circumstance or failure which is beyond our reasonable control.
