Roasted bell pepper pasta with Fable Bits
Delicious and healthy dinner idea
Sliced your bell peppers into cubes after removing seeds.
Add salt, pepper, and some olive oil along with your diced red peppers and roast for 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Blend the roasted bell peppers with 1 block of silken tofu.
Cook your paste in salted water till al dente.
Add some oil onto a heated pan and lightly pan-fry your fable bits and set them aside once browned.
Add your blended mixture into a heated pan and add your cooked pasta.
Add desired amount of seasoning.
Toss in some baby spinach and your cooked fable bits and serve!
