100gm SG Protein Plant based chicken
Half Red Capsicum
half Green Capsicum
10gm Soy Sauce
5gm Corn Starch
5gm Salt
5gm Black Pepper
30gm Sesame oil

Cooking Direction

Deseed the capsicums and slice them thinly
Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper & corn starch
On medium low heat add oil to a pan
Stir fry the bell peppers till soft
Then add the plant-based chicken chunks
Once the chicken is golden brown, add in the mixture
Cook for about 5 minutes then serve
