We love kale so much, we are dedicating a whole recipe and more to this beautiful, dark green – superfood! With its varieties in texture and flavours, this recipe will taste as good with any kale of your choice.

60gm SG Protein
1/2 Pear, sliced
40gm Walnuts
50gm Brown Sugar
1/2 lemon

Cooking Direction

In a small skillet, add brown sugar and water, stir till it thickens.

Toss in the walnuts and satuée.

On a separate pan, drizzle some oil and pan fry the SG protein till golden brown.

Add your kale, sliced pear and candied walnuts into a bowl and toss.

Top it off with your SG protein and squeeze half a lemon.
