Craving a hot pita filled with something other than falafels? Here we have proper chicken pieces, marinated in our own blend of pepper and herbs, for you to kick back and enjoy.

60gm Plant-Based Chicken, SG Protein
40gm Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
40gm Cucumber, sliced
5gm Cilantro, chopped
20gm Green Pesto
10gm Lemon Juice

Cooking Direction

On low medium heat, toast your pita bread.

Take a bowl and add the sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with lemon juice and toss the chopped cilantro.

On a separate skillet, drizzle some oil and pan fry the SG protein till golden brown.

Stuff the toasted pita bread with the salad, Sg Protein and drizzle some green pesto.
