Cooking Direction
Make a small hole in the center of the flour
Add some water, olive oil ,yeast and salt
Start to knead your dough
Knead till smooth smooth and allow dough to rise
Add olive oil to a heated pan and cook the minced Karana and drizzle smoked pimento sauce for flavour
Once the dough has risen, portion into small balls
Roll into desired thickness
Pre bake your crust at 180°C for 2 minutes
Spread a thin layer of smoked pimento sauce
Addd your cooked karana
Add in some olives, basil, add freshly sliced onions
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C
