10gm Finely Sliced Jalapenos
20gm Onion, Thinly Sliced
3 pcs KARANA Meatballs
5gm Oil
20gm Carrots
10gm Sriracha
30gm Vegan Mayo
3 Cilantro
1 Baguette

Cooking Direction

On medium low heat, pan fry the meatballs till golden brown.

In a bowl, mix 20gm of Sriracha sauce with 15gm of Vegan Mayo.

Slice open your sub and add sliced onions and carrots.

Add the Meatballs into your sub.

Drizzle desired amount of sauce.

Sprinkle sliced jalapeno.

Lastly, top it off with fresh cilantro.
