Brussels sprouts are sweet, nutty, and smokey. They're similar in taste to cabbage, but a bit milder. They're crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. 

Brussels uses... They are no longer the boring childhood dish they used to be and taste great roasted with balsamic vinegar, air fried, shredded as a salad, or even Kung Pao style.
