Oven: Peel the film and remove the food from the tray. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30mins.

Pan-Fry: Peel the film and remove the food from the tray. Pan-fry at medium heat for 5 min.

Microwave: Peel back the film slightly. Microwave for 90 seconds.
